I am a professional and warm counsellor based in Surbiton, Surrey. I see clients face to face and also online video or therapy over the phone. I offer you years of training and experience. I will listen to you intently. I, too, have lived through many of life's challenges and I will give you empathic companionship while you are working things out. I offer a grounded, unshockable and most importantly - empathic approach to our sessions. Your dignity, privacy and well-being are my priority and your autonomy is entirely respected. Through counselling you will get time to focus entirely on yourself, in a private space. I invite you to use that safe place and talk about anything that concerns you. I am a relationship counsellor, as well and counselling for anxiety and counselling for depression. I am open and empathic and I will endeavour to make you feel heard and supported.
